Our family joined Silent Word Ministries in 2004. Silent Word Ministries is a mission that works primarily with the deaf. They offer sign language courses, workshops, books, materials, a free newspaper, and lots more.

Our amazing Dad is the director for Silent Word Ministries International. He has lots of missions conference ideas, suggestions, missions quotes, banners, and pictures on his site. Please visit and look around at all the fantastic things he has available!

In April 2007 we joined Stanley Heights Baptist Church in East Ridge, Tennessee. If you are ever in this area please come by and visit. We have a wonderful pastor and a great church body!

In 1994 our family started the Bible Baptist Church in Sao Paulo, Brazil, a church for the deaf and their families. They have a national pastor and assistant pastor who is heading up the Bible Baptist Institute for the deaf and hearing.

Our dear Uncle Dan Bennett started the Bible Baptist Church in Osasco, Brazil. Christa helped with the starting of this church in 2004 and will be returning to minister there March-July 2008.
